Se rechazó por improcedente el escrito presentado por el accionante de la referencia, mediante el cual solicita aclaración de la Sentencia C-492/96.
Lo anterior, según explicó la Corporación, ninguna de las normas de la Constitución que reglamentan la jurisdicción constitucional, confiere a la Corte la facultad de aclarar sus sentencias.
Por el contrario, según el Art. 241, se le confía la guarda de la integridad y supremacía de la Constitución en los estrictos y precisos términos de este artículo.
Y entre las 11 funciones que cumple, no está tampoco la facultad de que se trata.
